Video: Barney Frank discusses the status of financial regulatory reform

Barney Frank talked to CNBC on the status of the  financial regulatory reform bill, and about the debt mess in Europe.

Frank noted that the reform bill should preserve the rights of banks to hedge their own financial risks; he also commented on  Goldman Sachs.

Frank said he believes a financial reform bill will be signed by July 4th.
